Pro includes all the clinic management features in Free, with more Veti capacity for your daily work. Use Veti more often to prepare consultation notes, summarize records and complete repetitive digital tasks. Unlimited smart reminders and automatic result transfer from supported laboratory devices through Cortex are also included. See the cards above for current prices and billing options.

Max is designed for clinics and teams that use Veti more heavily throughout the day. Both options include everything in Pro: Max 5× provides five times the weekly AI capacity of Pro, and Max 20× provides twenty times the capacity. These multipliers describe Veti usage capacity, not the number of users or devices. Max 20× also supports prepaid extra Veti usage.

Each plan has a weekly Veti allowance. The number of tasks you can complete depends on the length of your request and how much information needs to be processed; a short question and a long document review use different amounts of capacity. Free provides basic usage, Pro provides more, and Max 5× and Max 20× provide five and twenty times the weekly capacity of Pro. If you reach your Veti limit, you can wait for your weekly allowance to renew or move to a plan with more capacity. Max 20× also offers prepaid extra usage. Core clinic work, such as patient records, appointments and inventory management, remains available. Smart reminders have a separate allowance: Free includes 20 approved reminders per week, while Pro and Max include unlimited smart reminders. After the Free allowance is used, PetConnect notifications can continue for clients using the app.

Yes. Veti is included in every plan, including Free; your usage capacity depends on the plan you choose. Ask questions about your clinic’s records, have Veti prepare notes and give it digital tasks to complete. Choose Pro or Max when you need more capacity.

Yes. Free lets you get started with up to 10 users and includes patient records, appointments, inventory management and PetConnect. It also includes basic Veti capacity, 20 smart reminders per week, OCR, manual result entry and file uploads. You can move to a higher plan as your needs grow.

No. PetConnect is included in every clinic plan and is free for pet owners. Clients sign in with their mobile number to access records shared by your clinic, upcoming vaccinations and appointments.

Yes. Every plan supports manual laboratory result entry, PDF or photo uploads and OCR reading. OCR uses your Veti allowance. Automatic result transfer from supported devices through Cortex is included in Pro and Max; on Free, you can continue with manual entry and file uploads.

Pro and Max are billed by purchased user capacity. The plan assigned to each user determines that user’s Veti allowance. Use the user counter above to estimate your total and compare the monthly or annual billing options offered. The monthly figure shown for annual billing is the annual payment divided by twelve.
