Yes. PetConnect is free for pet owners and is included with every clinic plan.
The core clinic workflow remains available. Plans change weekly AI capacity, smart-reminder capacity, and automatic transfer from supported laboratory devices. Max 5x and Max 20x provide five and twenty times the Pro AI capacity.
Cortex sends results from supported devices connected to the clinic computer into the patient workflow. Automatic transfer is disabled on Free and enabled on Pro and Max. Manual entry, OCR, and file upload remain available on every plan.
Yes. Every plan supports manual lab-result entry, PDF or image upload, and OCR reading. OCR uses the plan's AI capacity; manual entry and file upload do not depend on automatic device transfer.
Each active user has a personal sign-in, role-based access, workspace, and AI allowance. Free includes one active user; paid-plan prices are shown per active user per month.
Free includes 20 approved reminders per week. All scheduled messages for one reminder use one allowance. Pro and Max include unlimited smart reminders; after the Free allowance is used, PetConnect app notifications can continue for clients using the app.
