Yes. The Free plan includes patients, appointments, SOAP, inventory, finance, lab result tracking, PetConnect™, OCR, manual result entry, and file uploads. Plans differ by AI usage capacity, smart reminder quota, and automatic device data pull limits through the Cortex connector.
No. PetConnect™ is always free for pet owners and is independent of your clinic plan. Whether you are on Free, Pro, Max 5×, or Max 20×, all your clients use the PetConnect™ app at no cost.
Plan choice is about capacity, not basic module access. Pro can pull data automatically from 3 devices through the Cortex connector, Max 5× from 6 devices, and Max 20× from 10 devices. On Free, automatic device data pull is disabled and smart reminders are limited to 20 reminders per week; paid plans have unlimited reminders.
The total time Vetigen works for you in the background. Voice dictation, SOAP filling, anamnesis prep, OCR reading for lab files, lab interpretation, and patient suggestions consume AI usage from this pool. Free covers ~2 hours/week of AI work, Pro ~25, Max 5× ~125, Max 20× ~500.
All plans include them. You can enter lab results manually, upload them as PDF/photo/file, or read them with OCR. OCR reading consumes AI usage; manual entry and file upload do not require a device limit.
The Cortex workspace is included, but automatic device data pull through the Cortex connector depends on your plan limit. It is disabled on Free. Pro supports 3 devices, Max 5× supports 6 devices, and Max 20× supports 10 devices.
Appointment, vaccine, and overdue-vaccine reminders are sent to your clients automatically via push, WhatsApp, or SMS. The quota counts approved reminders — all scheduled messages for one reminder use a single credit. The Free plan includes 20 reminders per week and the quota renews weekly; once it is used up, reminders continue as app push notifications to clients using PetConnect. Reminders are unlimited on Pro and Max plans.
The Vetigen platform keeps working in full — only AI features pause for the rest of the period. The weekly AI pool renews on a 7-day cycle tied to your subscription. You can upgrade instantly or simply wait.
