  1. Review incoming stock before adding it

    Open a product’s stock records or review an uploaded invoice. Invoice extraction prepares lines for checking; it does not add stock by itself. Confirm the product match, quantity, unit, batch, expiry date and destination before approving the stock entry.

  2. Find the batches that need attention

    Use product and location views to inspect available quantities, low-stock items and approaching expiry dates. Batch records keep lot and expiry information together. FEFO prioritizes earlier expiry dates where applicable; FIFO supports the order of stock receipts for other products.

  3. Reconcile the record with the shelf

    Compare a physical count with the recorded stock, inspect movement history and record an adjustment when needed. Review recorded consumption that could not be matched to available stock as a separate shortage. Stock records still depend on accurate receipts, usage and corrections.
