I spent 7 years working in different veterinary clinics. Every time I changed clinics, I saw the same problem again: veterinarians wanted to practice good medicine, but records, appointments, stock, payments, follow-ups, communication, staff management, and administrative work were taking their time away from patients.
Large clinic or small, the gap was the same: no intelligent system to carry the weight around good medicine.
After that, I left the clinic floor and joined a global veterinary pharmaceutical company, first as a country manager and then in regional and continental leadership roles. I visited more than 2,000 veterinary clinics across 11 countries. In large hospitals and small clinics, the missing piece was the same: there was no intelligent system strong enough to support veterinary medicine and carry the daily operational load.
We founded Vetigen to solve this problem. We designed AI not as an extra feature added to the clinic, but as an assistant working across every part of the clinic and helping every team member. Our goal is to bring veterinary medicine into the age we live in and move it forward, reduce the cost of patient care, help veterinarians treat more patients more efficiently in the same amount of time, and support every patient in receiving the same quality of care.

To build the information infrastructure of animal health. By uniting clinics, laboratory devices, pet owners, and researchers in a single intelligent ecosystem; to create a platform that learns from every examination, every diagnosis, and every treatment, shares this knowledge across the entire sector, and builds the collective memory of veterinary medicine.
To become the digital backbone of animal health worldwide. By unifying health data flowing from devices, connecting the health stories of millions of animals, and contributing anonymized data to veterinary literature; to establish a new global standard where decisions are powered by data as strong as intuition and ethical artificial intelligence.
