Vetigen was founded by a team that closely observed the challenges veterinary clinics face during digital transformation. We saw that vets spent most of their days on record-keeping, appointment management, and administrative tasks, unable to dedicate enough time to patient care—their true focus.
We embarked on a journey spanning from the busy city clinics of Japan to small-town practices in the Balkans. Over two years, we personally visited more than 2,000 veterinary clinics; we sat in waiting rooms, listened to vets at operating room doors, and witnessed phones ringing during night shifts. We learned the burdens, pace, and real needs of veterinarians by experiencing them firsthand in the field.
We set out to solve this problem. We developed not just software, but a platform that would serve as an assistant alongside clinics. With AI-powered SOAP records, voice dictation, automatic reminders, and smart inventory management, we are shaping the future of veterinary medicine.
