This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the appropriate and lawful use of the Vetigen platform.

All users are required to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

The Vetigen platform may be used for the following purposes:

• Veterinary clinic management and patient care
• Medical record-keeping and SOAP documentation
• Professional communication with pet owners
• Billing, accounting, and inventory management
• Legal and regulatory compliance requirements

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities or use that violates legal requirements
• Unauthorized access, hacking, or security testing
• Uploading or spreading viruses, trojans, or malware
• Sending spam, bulk unsolicited emails or messages
• Impersonating another person or organization
• Unauthorized data scraping, mining, or collection
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the platform
• Interfering with the performance or functionality of the service
• Unauthorized reselling or sublicensing of Vetigen services

Veterinarians, technicians, and clinic staff must:

• Comply with veterinary ethics and professional standards
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records
• Protect patient confidentiality and data security
• Provide services within their areas of competence

Reasonable limits according to fair use policy:

• Storage limits according to your subscription plan
• API usage rate limits (varies by plan)
• Concurrent user limits
• Reasonable bandwidth usage

Vetigen reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with this policy.

• Warning: Warning and correction request for first violations
• Suspension: Account suspension for serious or repeated violations
• Termination: Account termination for malicious or illegal activities
• Legal Action: Notification to authorities in cases requiring legal action
