Introduction

At Vetigen, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes related to our subscription services.

Please read this policy carefully before requesting a refund. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

You may request a refund in the following situations:

  • If you cancel the service during your trial period (first 30 days)
  • If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days
  • If you are unable to use the service due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve
  • If we fail to meet our SLA guarantees and service credit is not sufficient

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Vetigen's discretion.

Trial Period

We offer new customers a 30-day free trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period.

If you cancel during the trial period, your credit card will not be charged.

If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, automatic billing for your selected plan will begin.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and continue accessing the service until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days from the purchase date. Cancellations after 30 days are not eligible for refunds, but you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your subscription period.

Prorated Refunds

In special circumstances (technical issues, SLA violations, etc.), prorated refunds for unused time may be provided. These situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After canceling, you can continue using the service until the end of the period you paid for.

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. You can reactivate your subscription during this period.

Important: We recommend backing up your data after canceling your subscription. Your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees and custom integration services
  • Customization and personalization services
  • Training and consulting services (after completion)
  • Add-on module and service purchases
  • Data upload, migration, and transfer services
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of terms of service

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Refund Request

    Email billing@vetigen.com to request a refund. Include your account information and reason for the refund in your email.

  2. Review

    Your request will be reviewed within 2-3 business days and we will get back to you.

  3. Approval

    If your refund request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

  4. Processing

    The refund will be processed to your payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Payment Disputes

If you see a charge on your credit card statement that you don't recognize, please contact us first. In most cases, we can resolve the issue quickly.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargeback actions may result in suspension of your account.

Illegitimate chargeback requests violate our terms of service and may result in legal action.

Exceptions

In the following special circumstances, refund consideration outside of our standard refund policy may be made:

  • Inability to use the service due to prolonged technical issues
  • Breach of contract terms by Vetigen
  • Inability to use the service due to legal regulations

Policy Modifications

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the effective date will be updated.

You will be notified by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after policy changes means you accept the changes.
